Who will be at the conference?
This year's conference will host 400 attendees, of which 70% will be C-level executives, directors and partners, industry professionals and entrepreneurs, 30% will be students, alumni and faculty from London Business School and other leading universities.

Does the conference also target men? 
The conference will include inspiring female and male speakers and is targeted for both male and female professionals that desire to increase gender equality in the work place. Indeed, one of the main objectives of this year's conference is to increase men's involvement. Hence, we encourage men to join us and share their opinions and thoughts.

I can't attend the full conference; can I join for part of the day? 
You are welcome to join us when you can, but please enter quietly from the back of the auditorium to minimise any disruptions.

I can't attend the full conference; can I buy a discounted ticket?
No, unfortunately, we do not offer discounted tickets if you can only attend for part of the day. Please see our tickets page for pricing information.

I have purchased a ticket but can no longer attend; can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. You are, however, welcome to re-sell your ticket to someone else. Please see the next question for more details.

What is the dress code? 
Business casual (no jeans).

Will food and drinks be provided?
Yes, your ticket includes a continental breakfast, morning tea, hot buffet lunch, afternoon tea, and refreshments throughout the day. There will be ample time for you to network with other attendees during these sessions.
