Nadjia Yousif is a Partner in the London office of The Boston Consulting Group.

She is a core member of the Financial Institutions and Technology Advantage Practice Areas and an active member of BCG's Digital Banking Initiative. Within FI, Nadjia is particularly experienced in IT and Operations, having led large-scale global transformations of both functions. Her TA client work focuses on setting up highly-performing organisations in the context of digital transformation.

Since joining BCG in 2004, Nadjia has been very involved with Women@BCG, initially leading the BCG Women’s Mentoring Programme and ultimately leading Women@BCG overall. Her mentors have been crucial to her career and she takes pride in mentoring both men and women inside and outside BCG. She is very much looking forward to sharing how mentoring has helped shape her journey.

Nadjia holds dual Bachelors of Science degrees in Economics and Management Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD, where she was on the Dean's List.
